buy parts buy are using this no QCP3255 for the conti pump. Redline car parts say they  have QH  pumps for Opel Omega 2.6 but that it is not suitable for Vauxhall V6 is this possible.

It is in an Omega B.

Wouldn't surprise me if they were were referring to the straight-6 2.6 in an Omega A / Senator.

Getting most parts from Andyc but water pump is £83.58 plus postage of course. Are the GM ones made of gold?

GM V6 pumps are too expensive.  I started going for pattern, and just changing every cambelt - was cheaper than a GM pump and changing every couple of cambelts.

//Note to self - spare water pump needs to go on the loss list  :'(
