Given what Wonga actually does, I thought the meaning would be to "Eff" or to "Screw"

Like " He took out this loan and got well and truly Wonga'd"   ::)

Or maybe

Blimey, he paid £5k for that car and got well and truly Wonga'd"

He/She "Insert bad financial transaction here" and got well and truly Wonga'd"

An acquaintance of mine, who is single, unemployed and in rented accommodation, screwed them for about £600. Their fault for not checking him out, of course, but people like him are the main reason the payers-back get screwed.

Think the point Varche was making is the fact a few days back the Head of the Church of England vowed to put them out of business and then a few days later found out that the C of E actually invests there money in Wonga, ;)
