For the last few days I have been having this problem. First thing in the morning as I start up, the revs drop and then bounce up a bit. Occasionally the engine dies, especially if I pop it into drive rapidly and try to drive on (ie in a hurry).
Actually noticed this evening that the same thing was happening. No codes stored. Its a 3.2 with LPG.
I also remember 2 occasions after starting up and driving off, then trying to accelerate and a near complete loss of power for 2 to 3 seconds.
Any ideas? Help!

Running on LPG usually means a very clean TB. But I shall check. Any other ideas?

Right up until you said that, what you described was exactly the same as mine, BEFORE fuse 15 blew due to the heated seat fault documented here, caused due to the weight of the driver in the drivers seat squashing the heated seat loom onto the metal seat frame.
It may be coincidence, but since I fitted another seat, the stalling/cutting out problem has never re occurred.
AFTER the fuse blew, the engine would turn over strongly, but there where no dash lights, and it refused to fire at all or start.
As said, fuse and seat replaced, its been faultless ever since.
It "MAY" be coincidence, but I suspect the stalling was caused by the loom wire touching the seat frame, until it got bad enough to blow fuse 15.
Try starting the car before you sit in, if it stalls again while your out of the car its not related as the loom is far enough away from the frame not to touch as the seat pad is not compressed, and I'm talking bollards.
If it starts fine, then stalls as you sit in the car, I'd say its got to be worth removing the seat,4bolts and an electrical plug, and checking heated seat loom as it passes under the side frame to the controller unit.
If your a big lad, that would also add the theory.
I'm rubbish with electrics though, so one if the spark types on here might want to comment on weather the fuse would blow immediately upon shorting(?) on the side frame, or would it play Havock with the ignition system and upset it a few times first, before effectively rendering the car useless...?
(There are several electrical systems that run off fuse 15, including the engine ignition system)
