Thats gonna be one shiny motor :y
-
Following your lead I went to spray my yellow bits with a can of chrome spray I knew I had lying around in the shed.
I got the oil cap off but couldn't find the can so gave up - of course in my haste I never put it back right and now I've got oil all over the engine bay! Not the desired effect I wanted.
Didn't know whether to laugh or cry :'(

I done that after changing oil in renualt 25, a few yrs ago, wondered why the engine was heating up, half way down motorway, had to do a right off :'(

Cap was on but just missed the threads so I got away with just a mess at the back of the block.
All clean now :y
Do you think AA would mind a quick power wash just to be sure?

They look cool m8 :y

If your going to spray these items, give them a good rub with a green pan scourer first so the paint gets a good key.....
-
Thats gotta look loads better than the crappy fake wood stuff that car makers seem to love so much :D

I don't need to spray them, they are all ready to go on, the coating on the ali surface is a bit like rubbersied see through plastic. Its to go on top of the wood trim, cheaper than original ali Vx trims. :y
