Title: Flash For Cash Scam
Post by: Rog on 16 August 2013, 07:00:54
We all know, or should know, about Cash For Crash scams where the scammers deliberately set up a minor collision with fake witnesses etc in order to make big insurance claims, usually for personal injury like "whiplash".

This is a variation on this. You are waiting to joing a line of traffic, another car slows down and flashes it's lights as if to let you in, but then accelerates into you. Et Voila - you pulled out in front of him didn't you ? So it's your fault

It's a big bad world out there     >:(

This is another insurance based scam that just proves,no win no fee should be gotten rid of,then certain peoples( those with unpronounceable names) wouldn't make a living from insurance scams, and health and safety culture would also disappear, and common sense would return..

Doah be a lot of hi-viz manufacturers out of work, and two bit law firms. :)

In the newspaper reports I've read about this scam they all state it's costing insurance companies millions and billions of pounds a year. Surely if this was the case wouldn't the insurance companies be contacting all their policy holders to warn of such scams. ???
