Hi all, been lurking this place for a while and you lot have convinced me to try and get hold of an Omega. :)
Seems like the perfect car for me at the moment, and I like the sound of a car that comes with a hobby attached. ;D
So I hope to join the ranks soon, looking forward to it!

Ahaha, well... I'm actually in the process of moving to Newbury as I start a years work placement there, should be moving to a flat around Newbury Business Park.
Currently living out of a hotel near Reading while it gets sorted, which is fun. ::)

Oh and thanks for the offer (though I must admit I'm looking for a 3.2) ;D

Ahh, but, 2cylinders less = a more pleasant and roomy atmosphere to work on under the bonnet :P

I'll no doubt end up cursing myself for buying a V6 if I come to a fiddly job under the bonnet. At least I have small arms! ;)

not much in it with any of the petrol cars on fuel consumption IMO ;) ;)

Hi Rycraft ! Get one, but be quick before they all disappear. And yes, 4 pots are ok, easier to work on.

Well guys, ended up buying RobseyMV6's 3.2 Elite, she's a lovely car and working flawlessly (besides the AC which I must admit would be nice in this current heat ;D ).
Already thinking of things to do (headlight restoration first), hopefully can get started after things get less hectic with the move and new job.

welcome :)
