Title: Brake bleeding

Evening guys
                 This maybe mentioned before, i'm getting confused, most be the old age, ok i have a 1998 vauxhall omega i'm looking at bleeding the complete brake system but the haynes bible is telling me of two different ways, depending on the ABS system, whats my best way of doing the system :y
