Title: M25
Post by: Nickbat on 06 September 2013, 19:42:35
Normally bad on a Friday, but with the QE2 Bridge and Dartford Tunnels closed due to a security scare, there is one hell of jam building up. :o

Sadly my 12 mile commute home tonight took me about 20 minutes, bloomin monsoon season was to blame, stuck in the office all day I hadn't quite appreciated how much rain had come down...... :o :o

My Missus went to Lakeside with a friend. They left Chatham at 2.30pm. She was only going to be a couple of hours cos we had to go out at 6pm but they didn't get back until 11pm!
Total lockdown everywhere.

The best commute I ever had was when I lived at work, in the flat was about 45 seconds, when in the house it took a couple of minutes stroll; those were the days, I loved that Job...... :y :y

my alarm goes off at 8,15, at 8.30 in downstairs showered and eating breakfast,
after my second coffee, and a few emails/letters I go out the door,

drives the wife mad she works 30 miles away and leaves at 6.45 to start at 7,30.

So I am guessing a service guy or rep who is home based, gets his instructions for the day and then goes off to.............. ;) ;)
