It's a wonderful new day out there today.

I'm not wealthy ( although I'm exceptionally good looking), so Why am I always so unceasingly cheerful? .... :y :y :y :y

Ah the constant pleading of poverty leads me to suspect that you are in fact exceptionally wealthy, but probably a complete minger!!  :-*

Sell some land to the peasants Lord Opti. They can build their own houses then you can afford to pay them to tend the gardens, bring the pipe and slippers, and sort the bed warmers.
