Title: front normal h1 head lights

Hi everyone just wondering if any one knows how to take out these funny looking white round things on the back of the head light theres 2 Im not sure what there called are they adjusters? Thanks all darren  :y

iirc they are part of the adjuster, they are an interference fit onto the metal shaft that attaches to the adjuster inside the headlight. They can be removed but will need to be bonded back on, mine did anyway. Why do you ask?

Oh right ive turn them and everything but just cant seem go get out. They have snapped ive got the lug in the light and the bit that is attached to the the white thing that turns has also snapped and the light is abit floppy. But I noticed it came of the elec motor so I put that back on and now its not as floppy as it was.

New headlight time them if it's full of broken bits :-\ the adjusters are technically replaceable, but easier just to swap the lights complete :y
