Title: Power flex front bushes.

Do they have an average lifespan. Mine had them done around 2 years ago and around 20k. the camber on the wheel is slightly kicked out at the bottom. Doesn't pull and tyre wear seems pretty even.

Could it be time to replace?

They should last alost for life. Mine are way older than 2yrs.

I can't remember but should the front wheel have any camber or should it be in line with the rears. When it's parked up with the wheel straight you can just see it.

Both front and rear should have some camber...

"IF" there a geometry issue at the front the most likes cause would be the rearward wishbone bush, as poly are pretty bomb proof. There is currently no tested poly replacement for vertical ones. So being rubber, the life is questionable.

Assuming these where last checked when poly where fitted, its time to take a look at the rearward ones, and set up may well need a tickle to keep things in line.

But its very unlikely that the poly fronts have degraded.

My front tyres have just started to feather their edges :-\ could just be crap tyres as the Acceleras fitted aren't great in this size...

In mileage terms, how long should a WIM set up last?

Well. wim say every year, generally. But I'd bet there's some tolerance built into that as people just don't bother unless they see an issue.

Personally I'd look a two years. But then the rearward bush would probably dictate the set up rate given the life span of those poxy things.

A good polybush should last the life of the car if used under normal circumstances.

On my Ford Sierra I have as well, the front TCA compliance bush is almost a service item as an OE part, monthly replacement is sought aftermarket. I have had polybushes fitted now for almost 11 years as they are still as good as the day they were fitted.
