Title: omega 2.2 run rough when cold

someone i know has a 2001 omega 2.2 which when u start it up it coughs and splutters with lose of power until it warms up. lts a auto so havent got any ideas what wrong. would be most gratfull if someone could shed some light on this problem look forward to recieving any ideas.

Are you loosing coolant?

no coolant leaks so not that >:(
