First sorry about the spelling and punctuation, im sure that there must be a way of doing this but cant seem able to speack to anyone at sky. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to make a complaint about lack of customer service to be told that I cant complain about customer service only about the phone /tv/broadband but I want to complain about the way as a customer that I have been treated and mis guided by being given imformation that is different each time.

I've never had problems getting what I want from Sky.... You just have to do it in a 'bite your tongue' fashion.
