Title: Stiff drivers internal door handle
Post by: Only Me on 28 October 2013, 21:09:05
Hi,

My internal drivers door release is getting stiff  :D

Do I have to take the door panel off as in this thread below

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90514.0

to grease bits - if so what bits - or can the greasing be done in situ with a can of GT85/WD40 and one of those straw thingys on the end of the can to direct spray

Thanks in Advance

If (like mine) both the internal and external handle require a good tug to open the door, then it would be better off stripped down and fixed properly.

Finding the time, however!  ;D

Probaly, but use something a little more substantial than WD40, you want a spray chain lub or spray white lithium grease, it stays where you spray it.  :y
