hi all what do i need to do to get a ccrt 2008 working had a ccr2006 in the car before, gsm cable is now in place, put a ccrt screen in the dash and it comes up panel what ever that means. here's the funny bit had a ccrt700 laying about, plugged it in just being curious and it worked, if i struggle with the ccrt2008 can i wire a cd changer into the ccrt700, thanks Darren

PANEL means the clip on security panel hasn't been properly reconised. Remove the panel and reinsert.

regarding the pin outs how do you wire it up for the ccrt2008?

Best thing to do is get the wiring diagrams for both, and see what needs changing. I lack the time currently to look at it.

From memory, its quite simple, a minor change for screen, and then adding in the mic wiring.

Easiest to do this on a TM extension loom, rather than butcher the cars wiring.
