I got some free dog treats recently as I gave negative feedback due to a large purchase with an October 2013 sell by date, no suggestion of this in the add, kind of made me want to remove the negative feedback.... :-\ :-\ Will use them again but it will be a while, the dog only gets 4 a night..... :D :D

If I have an issue, I'll contact the seller, and if necessary Ebay/Paypal before leaving feedback...
I'm of the opinion that feedback should reflect the transaction as a whole, ie if a problem is resolved quickly and efficiently then it is no longer a problem... but if Ebay/Paypal are required to intervene, the the seller has customer service issues that potential buyers should be aware of :y
