Got the big plastic screwcap if you want it Rob,dont have the part with the fuel pipes though.

Not so much the corrosion, it`s the sodding leaking that concerns me >:(

It`s the pipe that`s leaking Albs :(

Just remembered, chucked the big plastic thing away with the car anyway. ::) The pump and pipes etc. were actually in good nick (pretty rare) so I was able to sell them.

Think you would be wiser buying new IMHO as have been down that road before with mine when the fuel pump packed up.The two curved fuel pipes are very soft metal and even trying to remove the rubber fuel lines causes them to twist and split especially if they have the slightest sign of rust, which as other guys have said is the norm.
Large black union screw cap included with this one...331050964358..from Nigel off Fleabay who is a trusted guy although that has signs of rusting

Think you`re right A. Just wondering if I can blag TC from local dealers rather than pay http://www.vauxhall-car-parts.co.uk/acatalog/VAUXHALL_OMEGA_FUEL_TANK_PLATE_-_9128199.html
Assume I`m going to need the 4 fuel line clips as well?
-
I would buy new Rob in all honesty. :y
When I tried the "cheap route" in the summer the part I got whilst looked fine split right at the base when I tried pushing the fuel feed pipes back on which is a real PITA as its quite fiddly getting all the bits back onto the plate anyway.
Sure they would od you a deal as sure the collecting forum must keep them in business...just mention my name as have spent fair bit over the last year or so ;)

You might be lucky with the fuel line clips but for the couple of extra "bob" it wiser having everthing you need to hand and new :y
