Title: 2.2dti service - advice on which brand of oil / filters and where to buy please?

I am going to service the car this weekend. '02 2.2dti estate - mileage now 71500
Obviously I will change the oil and filter but I read on here somewhere about the importance of changing the diesel fuel filter as well.
This is my first service on the car, any advice on what to use and where to get it please?

Genuine from Vauxhall, cheaper stuff isn't cheap enough to save anything :y

When you change the fuel filter top it up with fuel before you put the top back on or you will have a hard time trying to start the car as all the fuel goes back to the tank, i've had it happen lots of times now. In the past i have had to undo the injector pipe connection a little to bleed fuel, it can be a pain :y
