Title: Who founded the city of Donetsk in the Ukraine?

Obvious, a Welshman of course. John Hughes a Welsh industrialist was invited, in 1846, by the Tsar to build a steel works in Russia. The city was originally called Hughesovka after him but it was changed by Stalin to Stalino and it finally became Donetsk in 1961.
