Title: lappy probs

ive crashed 3 times today, twice in last 10 mins, adwatch says cookie:richie@real.com. blocked ???? ive run adaware deleted the usual and running avg scan now

any ideas

if you have a cookie from real.com then its tried to install it some place on the laptop have a scout about on the hd

Run Windows Update, ensure you have every patch on there.  There are a few worms around at moment looking for flaws in realplayer.

ive autoupdate on, but now i think of it nothing has updated for weeks
