Hi, My CCR600 is displaying CDC Error on the MID & I can't get it to eject the magazine.
Is there any alternative way of getting it out, I'm not too worried about the CD player not working but I would like my discs out.

CDC2 or CDC3    ???

Would help if you gave some more details, as all you have mentioned is the cassette player   ::)

Yes got that wrong it's a CCR2006 double din with a 4 Disc magazine.
How do I tell if it's CDC2 or CDC3 ?

You could try a pair of grips on the disc eject tab, to coax it out. Failing that, you'll probably need to take the HU out altogether and dismantle. There's a guide in the maintenance section, but DaveDND may be able to offer other options  :y

Ah! CCR2006 -

Very common for the internal mechanism to twist and jam up - sadly very few spares available now to repair these when jammed, although I beleive that a few on here do have a few units that can be raided to get you going if parts are required

About half of mine were in the garage, so I'm now really short of spares.
