i must of got to sleep about 5 this morning with that protest going on, was a lot of police racing up and down last night. the last demo they had there was a rave there all through the night. so i presume there was another last night. frigging drunks >:( >:( >:( >:(

Get used to it, if they build the new runway there will be a lot more planes flying in and out of heathrow

well my flat is council so i wouldnt get anything, i did get a letter a few weeks ago about buying it but im not interested. id llike to move to dorset, weymouth or bournemouth as ive m8s down there. but im undecided as yet. if i do buy i'll probably sell up in a few yrs and move abroad away from this dump.

well my rent is 75.82 a week,including water.12 a week for gas and electric, and 26 a week council tax, could probably get a mortgage on a flat somewhere in spain for that amount

Looks like we are going to have a worse drop than the 1990's .... unless something is done sharpish ( no idea what though --- think the damage has already been done) TBH the way prices were going were unsustainable anyway

I would not try that one Richie! According to financial reports recently Spain has got worse problems than us with property. So many that have been built are deemed illegal, and so confidence in the market has slumped with a halt in building and in transactions as a result. :'( :'( :'(
The only good thing, if you are certain it is a legit property when buying, no one can sell their properties, even at reduced prices, so your £76 could bring you a good deal! ;D ;D :y

2 of my m8s bought some land in bulgaria 5 yrs ago for 5000,theve had a house built on it, its now worth 200,000, theres a golf course being built next to it, good investment eh
