As anyone changed a clutch on a 2.2tdi omega are there any problems to look out for
-
See my guide can't see it being an issue :y
-
straightforward enough,no real worries, long as the car is up in the air?
however dmf can be shagged,so check it carefuly or you et the joy of doing it again!!

Apparantly it is a dual mass clutch and have been told I need a special tool

No special tools needed on the Omega for this job. :y

You might need to modify an 18mm socket to get a good grip on the flywheel bolts :-\
Depending on the actual bolts/flywheel fitted... the bolts are quite shallow headed, and on some flywheels, the body of the flywheel sits quite close to the bolts...
Also buy the flywheel from Vauxhall, it's about half the price of an LUK one :y
Don't forget new bolts too...
