Title: Rear cigar lighter.
Post by: Bigron on 29 November 2013, 09:58:16
When checking the voltage available at the rear cigar lighter on my '51 Reg. Omega, I inadvertently shorted the thing out, hence no voltage at all!
Is there a separate fuse for this item and if so, where is it located, please, as car wiring diagrams are a nightmare, even to me, an Electronics Engineer with a lifetime's experience!

Minimalist posting there Rob .....  ::)  ::)

I suggested Fs14 because it's listed as 'cigarette lighter'

Thanks to you all. My money has to be on the one I overlooked, Fs27 - accessories.
The main and ignition-switched socket served by Fs14 also supplies a lot of other things that do work, so I'll go looking.
