Bizarre. In a village near us a pair of stocks have appeared on the village green. Nobody has admitted to putting them there yet.. as far as I know.
Keep hoping to find the local MP there.

Yep. It is a new policy of the Government to re-introduce them, but as yet they have made no official announcement about it! ::) ::) ::)
I believe the Dailyfail are using this story as a front page item over the next day or two, which some members on here will soon pick up on! ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Right, well, I'd better stock up on rotting fruit and veg, then, and submit my list of local officials to add to the queue. I can see this facility being booked-up for a couple of years at this rate. ;)
