wow, ordered a system for the estate on 16th dec, dispatched on 17th, arrived today safe & sound. now thats quick.

I will say it again.. Might annoy some.. Dam fine company,and super service and quality product :y  :y

As said before when they c0cked up my order, they fixed it without issue. So good customer service too  :y

Seems when they get it right, they offer a good product at a stunning price.

Tunnie's experience put me off (they sorted it out, but his car was off the road for a week waiting for the correct part), and around the same time I recall another OOFer having problems with them

tbh eternal have lost out as the website seems shite. went for Ets as a good price, cant fault the delivery, all mounting rubbers & bits n bobs with it too. will def use them again. ;)
