if you are a Premiership manager. With the announcement of Mackay's sacking from Cardiff city, 6 have now been sacked so far this season or almost 1 in 3 managers and we are not even half way through the season yet.  :o :o :o :o

I am no fan of football by any means,but it always amazes me that a football team takes on a manager and a few games into a season they sack him because he's rubbish and then a couple of weeks later another team takes him on.What do they do,see an unemployed manager and think to themselves"This guy has just been sacked for being crap,so he's just the guy for us!"?

Sometimes the manager just clucks with the team.

... Sometimes, in the case of DeCalio, the manager should be shot, not sacked.
