Title: anyone know about cleaning window frames.

my mrs was at home all by herself today[bad mistake]when a bloke knocked on the door offering to clean the window frames for £3 each now as she liked the look of him!!! she let him clean the door and window and he charged her £7.to be fair hes done a very good job,he didn't use any power tools  but the door is very clean but its also very very smooth like glass
now he didn't leave a card and the mrs has decided she wants the front the same so now its my job ???
so anyone know how to do it?

You can get upvc polish, but I found a pressure washer equally effective, and less hassle. If your seals are good...

Wooden frames? Sugar soap 50p from Wilkos.

  Give them a coat of car wax afterwards as it helps to keep the shine

Or 303 Aerospace Protectant. Also handy for everything plastic on the car...
