Title: fault codes

Hi all I have a 2.2 estate and have been getting the tollowing fault codes

141
Any ideas what thes are . Think one is o2 sensor
Car does have a crack exhaust manifold which needs replacing .b

2.2 is confusing as it could be petrol or diesel

update your proifile to include your model of omega  . . .makes it easier recognise which engine you have .

Also bit confused by your posted codes  as in 2 digits   next one  4 digits   last one 3 digits

Not an expert by any means but I think 2.2 petrol codes are all 4 digit 

Diesel codes are 2 digits I think .

most codes are listed in the maintenance section under code reading

It's petrol ill have a look next time lights come on .

Any good ideas . Spanner light comes on and some times the the other light .

Thanks for the list of faults . Any ideas on how to rectify them ?
