Title: Any good Blackberry Phone Transfer Software?

Not knowing much about Blackberry's any quick easy Software about that will transfer Phone Book, SMS and anything else that needs transferring from old to a new upgrade?  ;)

I though these days stuff for this would come with the new phone, but apparently not.  ::)

Not really practical as there are too many variables in the equation, are you sticking with BB or have you moved over to Android/iOS?

Its not for me, a friend I helping out, shes staying on BB but just upgraded her phone to a newer one.  ::)
