Cheers Rob :y

I only ask as I've found a breakers that has one for sale and listed it with this p/n, hence me asking.

I'm keeping my eye out until I know what the issue is, either the controller or motor.

.... either the controller or motor.

If you put 12 volts across the motor & it spins ...... it's a fubar'd controller  ;)

Andy...I am the thickest muppet on the planet when it comes to cars and especially electrics!

Now RobG said the same thing about applying 12v to it.

Now this is where I need it spelt out, lol.  I've pulled the plug off the controller that drops down to the motor. It has several wires going into said plug. Do I now run a wire from the battery to the red wire of this plug that is connected to the motor still at the other end?

Hope that makes sense  :-\

I confess that I've never seen the actual fan motor itself. I just assumed that the connections would be obvious.

Hasn't rob got a picture  ::)

What coloured wired do you have at the motor's plug?
