I should probably chase that up... I applied for one eons ago through the VX website ::)

Ver handy. Although support for ABS is always a good thing too. :)

Thankyou Chris, I feel all enlightened now and will sleep easy tonight! :)
As feeutfo says though it does pay to shop around as the TC prices arn't necessarily the cheapest or possibly even the best product. ;)

Absolutely. Hence the thread posted specifically for tc prices, so people can compare.
Wasn't it nice of feeutfo to post that guide though Digger. It's been there some time too. ;)

I'm sure I read it as an eager newbie back in 2007. :-\ and yes it was nice of feeutfo to post that! :y
Lovely chap! Wonder what happened to him? :-\

So read it and ignored it?
Vauxhall offer a 'Trade Club' discount scheme to buy many common service parts
(Sigh...)

Stemo proposed, and feeutfo couldn't handle it, so he left ;D

Ignored it? Not at all. It's just that my local factors are very competitive on "common service parts", and with ebay and the likes of Eurocarparts, I've never felt the need to pay £20 a year for the privilege of paying similar prices at the stealers. ;)

Aye? So why post this then...? ;D From the other thread.
Oil coolers are not a service item Digger, surely you've been on here long enough to know Trade club covers main service items. ::)
Nope, never had a trade card, so didn't know that. ::)
But I wouldn't have thought wheel bearings would be a service item either to be honest. :-\

Like I said, read it, and ignored it. ::)

You just did what your accusing me of. You read and ignored my explanation of why I've never had a trade card.
I'm not really sure how I can put it any simpler so you can understand....

Oh I understand alright ;D
I just don't buy it. The link, that you say you read, explains trade club is for service parts. ::) yet you think not having a trade card means you don't understand what parts are in trade club. Nobody is that dim. Come on. ;D
