Rusty top threads, no sticker at the base. Looks painted with a rattle can to me.
No sign of blistering/rust on the lower shock body though. Although the pics are suspiciously poor.
Plus new ones are strapped up, fully compressed.

His other parts suggest a breaker. They may be fairly new removed from a car.
They certainly are not "new" new.
Best I can tell from those pics anyway. They do have the caps to protect the air line connectors though.
As said they don't "appear" rusty on the lower shock body, so might be worth a punt. Haggle though. ;)

Same pics as the pair listed. The 'new' Astra shock doesn't look right either :-\
