Title: Sunroof issues

Hi everyone

I've discovered I have sunroof issues it did unwind or do something in second intervals then stop for about 5 seconds and then attempt to do something for another second then stops etc. Now does nothing

Can anyone recommend how to repair or do I just replace if so how?

If you've already tried to reset it, next step is to clean the innards. There's a guide to that. Lastly a new motor. 'Phantom sunroof syndrome'  :D

Push and hold the sunroof switch if i remember correctly.

Push & hold the switch at the main positions ie closed, tilted & wide open until all movement stops.

Sounds like the runners have gone dry and need freeing up and spraying with CD40 grease :) thats what I need to do to my Vectra's sunroof when that was having 'issues' :)

but try the reset first....
