Hi does anyone know if the conrods on a 3.0 v6 are the same as those from a 3.2 v6
or does anyone know the specs of the two different types

Yes they are different but don't know the difference between the two

Given that the engine has a different stroke I'm guessing the rods are a different length.

I know the 3.0l big end is 54mm and 148 between centres, and the 3.2l has 56mm big ends don't know the length tho. All v6s share the same main crank sizes @ 67mm.
Also think you can run a 3.0l crank and rods with 3.2 pistons in 3.2 block. Well that's what it looks like I've got after stripping my z32se to rebuild these are the parts it seems to be built with.

3.2 has a forged crank as standard, so not sure why you'd replace it with a 3.0 one?

I didn't m8,I brought a complete z32se bottom end ( block crank rods n pistons) back in 2007 from a company called cossvaux. Little did I know at the time that it been fitted with 3.0 crank. I only know this now after stripping the engine to rebuild and then having trouble getting parts and finding the crank journals measured same as x30xe lol
