Myself and Mrs E will be in Dunswell tomorrow night, from about 5 pm until an appointment at 2pm Monday afternoon. We'll need somewhere to eat tomorrow night, and something to do as well then something to do Monday morning through until lunch time ish .....
Any recommendations of eateries / good pubs - although I'll be driving so 2 pints maximum if we dine, 1 pint if we don't - for Sunday night ??
Also take any suggestions of things to see/places to go Monday morning ...
:)

If you enjoy a Chinese, you have the Red Dragon restaurant smack in the middle of Dunswell.
What do you and swmbo prefer to eat Nige ?
Things to see ............... Have a good look at The Deep .............. http://www.thedeep.co.uk/
The museum quarter (old town) .............. http://www.hullcc.gov.uk/portal/page?_pageid=221,631492&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL
The Hull Maritime Museum .......................... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hull_Maritime_Museum
Some cracking old pubs around the back streets of the old town with a lot of history behind them.
Enjoy :)

Head for St Stephens then.
A nice shopping centre smack band in the middle of the city.
With the added advantage of a Nando's and a cinema upstairs for you to hide in while the boss spends your money ;D
A word of warning about the place ............... you get 2 hours free parking on the ground floor and not one minute more. Any longer and you will get a ticket >:(
If your going to be longer, the carpark on the side is "pay as you go" and pretty cheap :)

Well we're back ... thanks for the info... last night we did very little in the end, went out to eat then the pub sold a very nice pint, so I felt duty bound to down a few. This morning we went to St Stephens, and to the Humber Bridge park .. had a nice walk there, then the appointment at 2:00. Left at 4:30 back home around 8:00 :)
