If Im reading the question correctly, your asking how to change the GID for a CID but with reference to the GPRC, what ever one of them is? and the NCDR which I believe is the Single Din version as fitted to Astra's etc.

The common fitments on the Vauxhall Omegas were NCDC 2013/15 Double Din type, may be they used NCDR's in other Opel or GM models.

The easiet way would be to source a HU and matching CID Screen from a Donner Car and retro fit and adding the RGB Cable to suit, as the HU and Screens are Coded together.

As for the Vote side of things, no idea what that means but think I'll vote, 'SOME ONE HELP', just in case its a free All Expenses Paid holiday to Jordan  :y

Assuming you have an NCDC2013 or NCDC2015, depair it all with a Tech2, replace the screen, repair it all with a Tech2.

To depair, the original pairing code is needed.

Depair, replace screen, re-pair.

Depair/re-pair needs tech2 and the original pairing code.

Hi Zirk
Its my fault to make you don't understand the question.
I have Opel omega 2003/petrol/2.2/4 doors.
In the car installed CCRT display and Half size screen.
I want to change this the above display to NCDx SERIES (CID) with full screen, full colour .
Note: can we install a full colour screen to the CCRT or not.
The hall idea to replace the half size screen to full colour screen and no problem if we can do that with out removing the CCRT .

The colour screen will only work on the NCDC201x radios. It will NOT work with the CCRT2007/8 radio.

You will need to do some extra wiring, and adjust some existing wiring to fit an NCDC201x

I just wondering can I make these  extra wiring, and adjust some existing wiring to fit an NCDC201x or I need some one expert.
I am  Electrical power engineer so I have wiring background.

Should be fine to do yourself, as said, some wiring mods / additions to make up and maybe get your hands on some additional plugs.

CCRT to NCDC with CID will require some additional wiring but it can be done, you cant operate the CCRT with the CID

The method I use is to get a connects 2 adaptor loom and make up the additional RGB connections here plus adjust the other wires
