Post by: Mr.OmegaMan on 12 March 2014, 20:56:30
I know, No need to say it....  ::)

But for one of these with that much MOT/TAX and Mileage it seems a bargain, These normally make £1,500+

Remove the windows....... Remove the corpse..........remove the coffin...........change the colour...... and you have a mean looking van/SUV.

The wood in the back should be worth a bob or two. :y

I think that £500 would probably secure this. :y

Maybe it's haunted.  :-\

Imagine you've converted it to a campervan and you get it 'rockin' in the night!  :-*

All of a sudden there's a knocking noise and your partner screams 'It's the ghost!!!'  :o

'Nah don't panic, it's just the dodgy wishbones dear!!'  :D  ;D

There is plenty of room so it would be ideal for 'laying a young lady out in' ;) and doing naughty things to her. ::) ::) ::) ;)

......obviously I mean a 'live lady'. :)

But that one is really a perfect car, it has:
- a V6 engine
- two doors, so it must be a sports car
- black, as all the fast cars are
- enough of space for luggage
- big enough windows so SWMBO can hang curtains there
- wooden interior which means it must be very luxurious

On the down side, well, I can not see anything... except the steering wheel is on the wrong side so I will not be buying it. Other than that I would have bought it  :D ;D

Mmm trying to get Mrs V interested in this as a UK runaround but predictably she said she wouldn't be seen dead in it. :-[

There must be £1000 worth of walnut veneer in there. Question is when you strip it out what would be under it? I still think it would be great asd a Uk car for the MILs fleet of electric scooters, walkers and wheelchairs. There would even be space for shopping too. ;D

Will it only be licensed for two passengers? I wonder if the cambelt will have been done at 40k miles?

Never mind the distance, you should buy it and store it with the rest of your fleet for when your 'time' comes!  ::)  ;D

Alternatively you could run an OOF funeral service for members who's dying wish is to be carted off in an Omega!!  :D  ;)  :y

I was thinking the same myself, have it as an official OOF funeral car but also put a tow bar on it to take dead Migs to the scrap yard.......... :y :y

We could use our Migs as funeral pyres, a lot cheaper than the local Crem and I quite like the idea of being disposed Indian style while my mates watch with a few beers!  :y  It could be spectacular when the LPG tank goes off though!  :o  ;D
