Cameras everywhere, and any system is only ever as good as the bloke managing it. They can't/won't instigate with local major routes, like the 329m, a33 and a4.
Oddly the a404 gets regular mentions on the matrix signs.
Reading council roads. Not a hope. >:(

I went to Gatwick this afternoon....
Message boards up by Reading saying "Slow Queue 60mph" ....then next one "Slow Queue 40mph"
I sailed tho going at 70mph....not a queue in sight......guess the blokey looking at the cameras had fallen asleep :-\ ;D

Go through jcn10 to 9 at 5am, and at least once a weak the "queue caution" warning is still lit from the previous evenings disaster. ::)

Also have witnessed 'gritting in progress' in June on that stretch ::)
