Title: autobox thrust washer

Just testing the water here, where or who can supply a thrust washer for a 3.2 autobox, or is this a dealer part only.
i know several peoples on here have changed them, can any one advise pls, also has anyone got a pressure control solonoid for the above gear box if needed.

I'm thinking the sonax washer is metal and comes in a pack of 4, from jpat.
