Title: CCR2006 random play

I have a Phillips CCR 2006 radio/cassette/CD player in my Omega with 4 disc magazine. Handbook states in RDM mode 'tracks from all discs in the magazine are selected'. Mine only plays tracks from one disc in random mode. Have I misunderstood the handbook, or is there some way of persuading it to play any track from any disc in the magazine? I may add in another cr I have a JVC radio/tape/CD player with 12 CD magazine, and that has random 1 and random2 modes; random 1 plays in any order tracks from selected disc, random 2 plays any track from any disc. I use it in random 2 mode most of the time.

I think the 2006 is the same - random for disc and for cartridge.
I'll need to check and confirm.

Sometimes my 2006 doesn,t play disc4 on random at times then hey presto, back it comes. As it,s random, not
really fussed ???
