Title: Samsung Galaxy - backup
Post by: Mr Skrunts on 12 April 2014, 17:43:58
Am after a PC based software program to back up my S2 and S4 phones

Prefer to back up via Bluetooth, needs to be able to back up texts as well as MP3 and pictures.

TIA :y

Samsung will have their own software for download somewhere.

Same as apple have iTunes. Nokia had pc suite. I'm sure android will have similar?

No experience if android though.

Whats the purpose of the backup?

Ive had very good results with Skipsoft Android Toolkit to replicate one tablet onto another. It supports phones too.  cable though not bluetooth

MyPhoneExplorer (http://www.fjsoft.at/en/) will do all that and more, the phone client (which is also needed) is on the Play store.
