Title: Speaking of temptation..
Post by: aaronjb on 19 April 2014, 23:14:55
Wandering around the Practical Classics show the other weekend got me looking at Volvo P1800s again as there was a beautiful example (or three) there..

And I found this: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C488383#

I bet it wouldn't quite put up with the abuse the Omega has, but it's oh so pretty..

Not sure about the "sport wagon", though.  :-\ Might have to be the coupe for me.

The P1800 ES  (With the large rear window) looks great. :y :y

However, £6250 is just £100 shy of what my 2006 CLS 500 made..... :D :D :D

The Vulva is the more pretty of the two. :y :y

It was the coupes that got me looking - oddly enough they command stronger money than the wagon version - especially the one that won car of show at the Practical Classics show.  Always liked them but hadn't had the opportunity to paw over one in the flesh, and I think they look even better in the flesh than they do in pictures :)

It would probably fit, too.. ;D
