Title: Oil loss??
Post by: blackviper90210 on 21 April 2014, 16:39:35
Need advice please peeps :)

I'm losing oil but it's not on the floor and not burning it as far as I can tell.

I think my oil cooler is failing as there appears to be oil in the header tank still after flushing the system twice. Could this be the cause?? ???

TIA :y

I did Andy,

Just out of my depth on things like this. My issue is, if it doesn't work or start after, I wouldn't have a clue where to start and I can't afford to be without my car for work. :-[

If you follow the steps, and label EVERYTHING you remove, you won't go wrong. :y

There are some very helpful members on here who can provide encouragement (though you may have to share a curry with them afterwards) :P

alternatively there are some mobile mechanics (also lurking on here) who will do an excellent job while you watch :y
