Post by: JamesV6CDX on 22 April 2014, 08:11:19
On a well known auction site is a 2000 bmw 530d manual for spares/repairs

Running fine but has oil in header tank.

Didn't think it failed in the same way as GM V6, might actually be HG?  :-\

I refer my learned friends to my many previous posts regarding oil in water and head gasket failure...... And yes they do have a water bath oil cooler built into the oil filter housing
