Title: Has my Desmond got twin mid section exhausts?

Due to lack of mobility don,t get under car usually but had quick look today and was suprised  to see two pipes
on a 4pot. Am i seeing things?

Yes 2.2 has twin centre sections from factory, however it does not need them. They run quite happily on a single centre, that's how the 2.0 was.

My 2.2 is on a single centre section for well over 50k now  :y
