Drunk from celebrating the presidential elections in 1896, he enjoyed the fireworks display and then decided to add to the merriment with his new invention.

Anybody on here been in a similar situation, well lubricated, it seemed like a good idea at the time, but in the cold light of day.... :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[
