Title: Mosquitoes
Post by: Rods2 on 26 May 2014, 17:52:39
At a BBQ do they bite you, so you are a bumpy red mess the next day, or do they avoid you like the plague?

Well here is the reason why and it is all to do with your skin bacteria and if you drink beer. :o :o :o

Eat garlic and lots of it.

Then you need professional decoys at your BBQ. Anyone with delicate white (untanned) skin will do. The very best though are old folk(thin skin). Not the obvious choice for your BBQ but give them a sherry and some guacamole.

If you have an itchy mozzie bite, rub some beer on it. ;)  It will reduce the swelling and kill the itch!  :y

Something to do with the yeast I think.  :-\

Nigel Farage had better be careful at a BBQ as he always has a pint in his hand :D

Doesn't everyone? Barbecue without beer? Not possible, surely? :-\
