I was bumped recently (supermarket car park) and the little plastic surround from the drivers side, head lamp washer has gone, leaving the washer intact and working. It just makes it look odd not having it. I presume its just there to protect the actual washer jet assembly on the bumper, which it has done, but not any more :(
