I know I'm being thick, because I've seen photos posted on here so it is possible, but I don't know how to do it!
Can anyone guide a simple soul, please?

1 . resize your picture in painbrush or similiar with   image > stretch skew
2. open an account in photobucket or similiar
3. upload your picture in photobucket
4. copy the image string from photobucket
5 . paste here
